The Founder

Keira Cullen

Founder, Program Director, and Tutor

When Keira’s brother was 7, he was diagnosed with dyslexia and a language-based learning disability. Helping him navigate his learning challenges taught her how much of a difference patience, encouragement, and individualized attention can make. She wanted to give other students that same support, without cost ever being a barrier. That experience inspired her to found this program in the community.

Keira is a senior at Reading Memorial High School who excels in both academics and extracurriculars. Although her favorite subjects are math and economics, Keira is an honors/AP student across all subjects and is excited to share her knowledge by tutoring and helping younger students with their homework.

Beyond the classroom, Keira is actively involved in several school activities. She is a Reading Ambassador, and she participates in DECA where she hones her business skills, which she hopes to major in in college. Keira also demonstrates her commitment to helping others through her work with Special Olympics and “Rise Against Cancer” club, which supports families affected by this disease.

Additionally, Keira is an athlete, proudly representing her school on the Reading Volleyball team.
